“In the short term, what we're seeing is thatbasic tasks…They're menial tasks, repetitive tasks, data lookup, data entry–alot of that is getting automated in really powerful ways with generative AI. Ithink in the medium term…every single one of us will need to write a new jobdescription, just like we did in the mid-nineties with the internet. We had tochange how we did our jobs, but also the types of things that we spent our timedoing during the day. Long run, just like with the internet, there will be somejobs that get displaced, most jobs will get reinvented, and there will be newcategories of work that get created that we can't even imagine right now.”
