Annotation

The article examines the process of digital transformation in education and its impact on the moderneducation system. It was determined that the use of digital technologies in economic activity and thesocial sphere contributes to changing the nature of relations between the participants of socio"economic processes, as a result of which a corresponding, newest economic paradigm is formed,which transforms the field of economic relations and the activities of economic agents of variouslevels. The need for new competencies arising in the economy leads to a qualitative restructuring ofthe education system, education based on IT resources becomes in demand, since such education"takes part" primarily in the creation of human capital. Hybrid forms of education, which combine distance and face"to"face education, which lead to changes in social and individual consciousness,are considered. It was determined that the advantages of distance learning include synchronousand asynchronous types of learning, which allows combining real and virtual learning; the ability touse it productively during correspondence education, since the use of digital tools in this case allowsyou to master the necessary educational material independently and effectively; implementation ofcontinuous training. It is noted that education, which is built on the basis of IT resources, is becomingmore and more popular, as it contributes to the development of human capital and mastery ofelectronic tools. The influence of digital tools on the educational process and the emergence of neweducational products and services were discussed. The role of online education in the context of thewar pandemic in Ukraine and its positive impact on education in the conditions of the new reality aretaken into account. The prospects of combining traditional and digital learning methods for effectivemastering of modern knowledge and competencies are indicated. It was determined that theformation of digital competences among teachers and students, as well as among specialists, is acondition for the formation of a digital culture, without which the innovative development of societyand its social systems is impossible. The need for the development of digital literacy as a keycomponent of successful entry into the era of digital technologies is substantiated.
